Disposable Skin Processing Boards

After extensive on-site observation at skin processing laboratories across the country, SteriLab,Inc. developed patented LABboards™ Disposable Skin Processing Boards, the first disposable cutting board of its kind.

LABboards™ are designed specifically for the unique requirements of skin processing laboratories. The 7” x 18” boards are appropriately sized and printed with a centimeter grid and metric measurements to help skin technicians accurately process Dermatome recovered skin. The durable work surface stands up to repeated scalpel strokes with only one board required per donor.

The plastic corrugated substrate creates a rigid work surface and the slide-resistant bottom coating helps keep the boards in place during processing. LABboards™ validate for most sterilization methods.
